Which shipping option should I choose?

✿ Flat mail option: for only stickers, postcards, mini prints. Super FLAT products!

✿ Regular tracked mail option: for accessories, keychains, clay goodies, notepads. Anything with thickness over 1cm.

✿ For big amount purchase please email viawustudio@gmail.com and we can figure out the shipping options!

About Shipping

✿ Flat mails are sent with NO tracking numbers.

✿ All other products are sent in regular tracked mails with tracking numbers. Tracking numbers will be emailed to you when the order is shipped.

✿ Orders will be shipped in 1-2 weeks after your purchase.

✿ Orders are sent by Chungwha Post, which is Taiwan post office. Due to COVID-19 situation, shipping days are sometimes delayed.

About Handmade/ made to order Products

✿ Made to order product takes longer to prepare, please read the specific product description to see how much time each different product might take.

*If you purchase a made to order product, your whole order will be shipped together when the product is done.

✿ Handmade products are made with 100% love and is made to be an art piece, please treat them with gentle and take good care of them.

✿ Handmade products might not be perfect, but I always do my best to make sure they are ready to sell.

Taiwan, Germany, United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Japan, South Korea, Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong SAR China, Philippines, Indonesia, India, Australia, New Zealand.
